We custom-make all our blinds and curtains right here in Melbourne. Blinds are usually ready to ship within 5-7 business days, while curtains take a little longer, around 10-12 business days due to the extra time and care involved. Plantation shutters are sourced imported from trusted overseas suppliers and take approximately 8–12 weeks, depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you tracking details so you can stay up to date with delivery.

Because every product is custom-made to your exact measurements, we don't accept returns or exchanges. But if something isn't quite right with your order, we'll work with you to make it right. Our team is here to support you every step of the way, from ordering through to installation.
